Petersburg's Mountain View Manor is a 24 Unit Low Income HUD subsidized housing facility providing a safe, clean and affordable living environment for our independent 62+-year-old or disabled residents in compliance with City, State and HUD requirements.

Mountain View Manor Assisted Living Facility contains 12 retirement units reserved for 55+-year-old individuals and a 12 unit Assisted Living Home complete with social hall, dining room, reading room, laundry room and decks. Stone fire places in the common areas on both levels enhance the cozy atmosphere. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed. We accept self-pay and Medicaid Waiver in our Assisted Living Facility.
