About Us:
Muddy Water Adventures was started in 2016 by Zachary Taylor. Born and raised in Wrangell, Zach has a wealth of local knowledge and history of the surrounding area. After working for other tour companies for the last 10 years, he decided it was time to take the lead himself. He served 6 years as in Infantryman in the US Army, which is the longest he’s lived outside of his island home. He is a Lieutenant on the local volunteer fire department, where his is an EMT-2 and Firefighter-1, and is very active in local Search and Rescue operations. He currently holds a USCG 100-Ton Master License.

Vessels:
–The FRAGO: Our 6-passenger jetboat was custom built for running up the Stikine River and shallow beach landings. It can also be used for LeConte Glacier tours if you’d prefer a smaller group size. This boat is covered and heated, but does not have a bathroom on board.

–The Island Cat: Our 21-passenger ocean catamaran is the only one of its kind in the area! It provides the smoothest, most stable ride in all but the most extreme conditions, and features multiple viewing decks and a bathroom on board.
